What Causes Feeling Clogging Of Ears?

i have tubes in my ears,when the dr.cut the whole in my ear it felt like the whole left side of my head and ear are stopped up.the dr.said my ear looked good and my now had no congestion.something is wrong i feel like the whole left side of my head and ear are clogged but they can not find anything wrong.
