What Causes Feeling Extremely Cold,fatigue And Joint Pain?

I have been very cold, it seems to penetrate my bones causes disabling pain. I am not comfortable until the temperature reaches 75 degrees. Along with this is severe joint pain, extreme fatigue. Off and on problems with equilibrium and confusion. My Doctors have been running tests but still have no answers. Also on August 9, 2014 I suddenly developed Hypoglycemia. This first time I thought I was having a stroke as I was losing my vision and suddenly had trouble talking. I knew I could drive so had my Grandson call 911. It was not a stroke but thankfully
