What Causes Feeling Hot Inside And Outside The Body?

Hello,My grandmother is 75 years old, She's Diabetic with hypertension and she's suffering from Irritable Bowel Syndrome. Her glucose level and BP is under control with Medication. Her problem now is feeling hot inside and outside her body even though the A.C in high cool level (not fever) with her body temprature at a normal rate. All tests for her with endoscopy and there were normal results and she has undertaken the hormone test (normal results), she was transfered to a Psychiatrist and still no cure. So please help us with a diagnosis. Thank you.
