What Causes Feeling Like Air Passing In And Out Of Ear?

Hi i am Rajesh. I live in Germany. Since 2 days i am feeling that there is a slight amount of ear passing in and out through my ear while breathing. I dont know whether this is normal or a symptom of an infection. I dont feel any pain or irritation but its a different feeling. Is this normal ?Thank you
