What Causes Feeling Of Blood Vessel In Conjuctiva?

I hit myself in the eye with pillow and ever since then been feeling a blood vessel in my conjunctiva. I see the exact blood vessel I am feeling and it is darker than the other vessels in my eye. I have been using tobradex for 1 week. This happened 2 weeks ago. What should I do. Why do i keep feeling that blood vessel. Will it resolve soon
