What Causes Feeling Of Bowel Through Vaginal Wall?

HI,
I have found i can feel my bowel thru my vagina wall. Awkward and embarassing yes. What is this. My mother has had two recotcile's and I didi have a very difficult birth with my daughter two years ago. She got stuck and had to be vacumed out.
