What Causes Feeling Of Cold Fluid Running Through The Body Post Meniscus Scope?

I had a meniscus scope done on my right knee the end of October. In December I had the feeling of cold fluid running down my leg. Since then I have that feeling through my whole body and head. It s like a duvet has been turned on. I am weak and out of breath a lot. It is even in my buttocks and my rectum.
