What Causes Feeling Of Electric Shock In Center Of Chest And Arm?

Recently I have been experiencing very sharp, painful, electric shock your feelings in the center of my chest, simultaneously with the save feeling in my inside, upper right arm. The pain only lasts a few seconds, but the severity is do bad that it sometimes makes me double over. Can you tell me what this is and should I be concerned?
