What Causes Feeling Of Having Excessive Phlegm And Mucus In Throat?

My throat seems to be full of flegm and mucus, its been 5 days now. I have been taking robitussin. I wheeze when I breath. I had some antibiotics, have been taking them also. My nose is not bad, a little runny. the color of my lung oysters have gone from dark yellow to green.
