What Causes Feeling Of Having Lump At The Center Of The Back?

I have serious back pain for the last week it feels like a lump feeling on right hand side of the centre of my back. Just under my rib cage I also have serious pain just not as bad. When I cough the pain gets worse. It s getting so bad that I can t walk with the pain. Does anyone know what this could be.
