What Causes Feeling Of Having Mucous Stuck In Throat?

I ve had something maybe mucous that has been stuck in my throat about 2 weeks, I ve used a spray pump and taken allergy relief & nasal decongestant but I m not able to cough it, it seem like I m choking and now I feel a piece of food particle that seem like it don t want to move, I do not have a sore throat but I do feel drainage in the back of my throat but I can t cough it up and the pump nor the nasal decongestant is not helping, what to do
