What Causes Feeling Of Having Something In Throat?

I'm a 22 year old female. I have a feeling of something in my throat. I have had tonsillitis a few times in the past year and my throat is often sore but not severe enough to consult a doctor, especially on the right hand side. I had a look in my mouth and i can see something below my right tonsil where the sensation is. Do you have any idea what this could be?
