What Causes Feeling Of Heartbeat Above The Naval, Vomiting And Dizziness?

Hi My heartbeat moved 4 inches above my naval and I was feeling dizzy all night with vomiting as well... Most of the food I ate for dinner did not digest. By massaging We move the heartbeat back to the naval and am not feeling dizzy this eve but my head feels slightly heavy, eyes are heavy and have a slight nauseous feeling. Why is this?
