What Causes Feeling Of Itching Inside The Penis?

I recently have been having a reoccurring tingle/itch "in" my penis. It is kind of hard to explain, because it feels as if my urinary tract, or the inside of my penis is itchy and I can't do anything to stop it. I got tested for STDS on Wednesday, and am waiting to get the results back. Any ideas?
