What Causes Feeling Of Lump In Throat While Swallowing?

yes I have problem with my throat, when I swallow food is feel like stuck and after that kind hurt,feel like swelling inside , even on the back of my neck and around the shoulder is hurt to can you please let me know what happend to me please. thank you so much.
