What Causes Feeling Of Lump In Throat?

Hi, i feel like i have a lump in my throat at the same time it feels like i m drowning i try to clear my throat of the fluid and what feels like a mass on the right side of my throat by swallowing but it doesn t go away. At the same time it feel like the fluids are ending up in my lungs making it hard to breath so i try to clear my lungs and it seems to be stuck there until i finally manage to loosen it up. I m 20 and ive been smokeing for 4 years
