What Causes Feeling Of Lump Inside Throat While Eating?

Hello Im allergic to nuts and had a real bad scare the other week. Now it seems when I eat anything I feel like I m having an attack again where it feels there s a lump in my throat, my throat and mouth go numb and i cant breathe even though im not eatting nuts, what is this and what is happening to me.
