What Causes Feeling Of Movement Around Heart Area?

Hi, for about 4 or 5 months I ve been feeling a weird movement around my heart area. Like at first i was only feeling it at night when i was going to bed, but now I ve been feeling it a lot more often. It feels like a big thump and then movement. What do you think it is?
