What Causes Feeling Of Mucus Stuck From Nose To Back Of Throat?

For the last few weeks I feel like I have mucus stuck from my nose to back of my mouth throat area. It really bothers me at night and I can t sleep and it gives me anxiety. I ve tried the Netty pot I ve tried Mucinex and nothing seems to be helping me.
