What Causes Feeling Of Passing Out And Tingling Lip While Having Fibromyalgia?

I have fibromyalgia and going through the process of being diagnosed for petit mal. My question is...I keep getting the feeling like I m about to pass out, I also get a numb/ tingling sensation in my bottom lip. Is this issue something I need to be concerned about?
