What Causes Feeling Of Pressure In Head And Noises In Stomach?

Hi ,i am 28 years,female . i have for two days now a feeling of intense presure in my head. I thought it might be high blood pressure but this wasnt the case. I think its coming from my stomach ,although i dont have a severe pain in my stomach ,it is making noises and it defenetly could be better. Is there any advice you could give to relieve the symtoms. I feel like ive eaten way two many sweets or something but i havent?
