What Causes Feeling Of Pulsating Vein In Head And Nose Bleed?

Hello. I ve been having nose bleeds out of one nostril for a few months now. I ve had it cauterized twice. My question is before bed the right side of my head at the back felt like a pulsating vein. I fell asleep only to be woken with a nose bleed and still the pulsating continued. I ve applied ice which seems to have helped. I sleep with a humidifier and use nose lubricants suggested by a doctor. Should I be concerned re: pulsating in head? Thanks
