What Causes Feeling Of Something Stuck Behind Uvula?

Hello, I ve gotten something, probably a hair, stuck behind my uvula (that s where it feels like it s at anyway) and even with a camera down my nose with my doctor, we could not find anything. I am assuming it s very small and we didn t look hard enough, because something is certainly there and I feel it in different places every so hours so it is not residual or some kind of scratch. I have tried gargling, nose irrigation, eating bread and bananas, coughing violently.. Everything. I will keep going to the nose ear and throat doctor to try the camera down nose thing but in the meantime, what can I do to try and get it out myself when no doctor can find this thing?
