What Causes Feeling Of Something Stuck In Throat?

Hello. Lately I have been feeling that there is something stuck in the left side of my toungue/throat. Whenever I touch a point on the left side of my throat I start coughing a lot. Even when like I breathe kinda hard I cough. it just happens any time and I don t know what to do.
