What Causes Feeling Of Something Stuck In Throat?

hello I am 24 year old male and for the past year on and off I have had a feeling like theres somthing stuck in my throut everytime i eat i am sick but do not feel sick i also get a strange clear mucuse. i have been told it was acid reflux but the treatment did not work i feel like i can not breath somthimes and constantly sick to try to clear my throut but i doesent work i am aslo finding it very hard to swallow please can you help me?
