What Causes Feeling Of Vaginal Lips Sticking Together After Using Vaginal Cream?

I thought I had a yeast infection while taking antibiotics. After one application of the vaginal cream I had to stop because it burned. All the symptoms are now gone but I feel like my vaginal lips are stuck together. Is this just an after effect of the cream?
