What Causes Feeling Pressure And Pain In Lower Abdomen?

Hello, I have been experiencing a feeling of pressure and sometimes pain in my lower abdomen on the right side, especially around the time of ovulation and during menstruation. This is occasionally accompanied by extreme sensitivity to touch on the skin of my stomach. I often experience sciatic pain leading up to menstruation as well.
