What Causes Feelings Of Passing Out, Dizziness, Nausea And Anxiety?

I have been feeling spacey, feelings of passing out, dizziness and close to vomiting for couple days but don't feel an anxiety attack even though I do suffer from attacks. this feels like something different. people I am living with do currently have a bad flu but this is something else.
