What Causes Feelings Of Pregnancy Movements Despite Tubal Ligation?

Hi I'm 27 with 3 children, my tubes have been cut tied and burned when I was 21, now I feel very pregnant I can feel something moving and everything. I had what looked like a bloody mucus discharge a few months back and went to the doctor she said it was nothing. please help
