What Causes Fever Along With Cold And Sore Throat?

I have been sick for 2 weeks with cough, cold, fever, sore throat and massive headaches, fatiue and vomiting. Negative strep test and Negative flu tests but still symptoms persist. I took two doses of Rocephin 1 gram each and still symptoms persist. What else could i possibly have?
