What Causes Fever Along With Red Spots On Body Of A Child?

My grandson is going to be 5 years old in three weeks. He had MRSA a year and a half ago. He has a rash on part of his face which seems a bit raised. He is running a fever, he has red spots on his body, somewhat like chicken pox, and now his face is getting swollen as are his hands. He has no appetite and is fatigue. Please respond.
