What Causes Fever And Chills Along With Pain In Legs Of A Child?

Hi My three year old has a temp of 100.6 with chills. She threw up mildly and is experiencing stomach pains along with leg pains. She s been waking every 20 mins expressing more leg pains than stomach. In her preschool a peer was out today due to strep and was present in class on wed. Should I take her to urgent care tomorrow to be looked at for strep or is this the common stomach flu Thank you
