What Causes Fever And Cough Along With Blood In Sputum?

I am 26 years old, i am having fever and cought, my sputum is with blood. So doctor advsied me some lab tests. Heliobacter Pylori (IgG) ----1.62 U/ml S. Total Bilirubin-- 0.8 mg/dl S. Direct Bilirubin -- 0.2 mg/dl S.Indirect Bilirubin --0.6 mg/dl Gamma GT -- 12 IU/L SGPT -- 19 IU/L Alkaline Phosphatese -- 80 IU/L Heamoglobin --14.1 g/dl Haematrocit -- 44.2 % RBC --5.21 x 10E12/L M.C.V -- 84.8 fL M.C.H -- 27.1 pg M.C.H.C -- 31.9 g/dL W.B.C -- 19.6 x 10E9/L Neutrophyils--87.2 % Lymphocytes -- 8.8% Esoinophils -- 0.3 % Monocytes -- 3.6% Basophils -- 0.1% Platelets --- 202 x 10E9/L ESR (westergren) -- 78 mm/1st hr please suggest what problem i am having and what should i do in treatment?
