What Causes Fever And Diarrhea With Blood?

Hi. I am a have been having really bad diarrhea the last several days which cause me to constantly run to the restroom and now I have been noticing that there is some blood on the toilet paper. I also had a fever a few nights ago which I no longer have but I am worried that I have hardly eaten anything and been drinking straight up water.
