What Causes Fever And Headache During Periods?

Since last five day's I feel fever in every evening and also night as well as I feel head pain and a pin on the top of my eyes. Please give me the suggestion what should I do? give me the name of medicines which will be useful for the same situation. for your kind information I have periods problem last 2 day's.
