What Causes Fever And High BP After Cesarean?

hi doctor,My sister delivered a boy on monday. it was a c-sec.the boy is healthy, but my sister is having BP 150/100. Then on wednesday she started having fever<100 degrees. On thursday she had severe pain in her breasts and she had fever with chills and the temperature was 102 degrees. Doctors did blood test and urine test and one of the duty doctor sid it is typhoid and started the medication but today another doc said it is not typhoid...iam giving the results of the typhoid test below Salmonella O ...1:160 Salmonella H..1:80 Salmonella AH...1:20 Salmonella BH...1:20. Will you please let me know whom to believe? We are confused.
