What Causes Fever And Pain In Stomach And Hip?

This is the 6th day my grandson has had fever ranging from 100 to103 at times. He says that the left side of his stimach hurts, from breast bone down center to waste and across to the left. We took him to the er friday night. All blood work and other tests say normal. His fever is not as high today.Any ideas what this could be?
