What Causes Fever And Vomiting In A Kid?

Hello Doctor I child who is 11 months now is having fever which comes down with paracetamol and mefeminic acid given alternatively,with eposidic vomiting,he used to have digestive problem earlier. now its just fever and vomiting (maybe once a day) since fever started ,no loose stool. we worked out his blood reports and found TC 11000 and CRP 15,urine routine was normal His chest is clear and didn t have any cough hoping for a reply soon
