What Causes Fever And Weakness While On Krimson?

hi iam mamatha.p i got married on 20th june 2014 . And i got pregnency in 2 months i went hospital and consulted lady doctor .Cause of vitamin d i got miscarriage .so i took tablet for obertion after that one month period dint came for me .Again i cunsulted doctor they suggested me to use Krimson 35 for 3 months and Uprise-D3 for (vitamin d). Now i got fully week and getting fever so i want to stop tablet please give suggestion for this
