What Causes Fever, Chills And Body Ache With Foul Smelling Urine?

I have been sick for about four days, seems like I am getting better. I had flu like symptoms, fevers chills, body aches, neck pains. Had one additional symptom that puzzled me that I had never experienced and wonder if something else could be going on that I am not aware of. My urine has a strong odor smells like medicine and all I am taking is over the counter medicine.
