What Causes Fever, Chills, Throat Pain And Irregular Periods?

Hi, Last week I had chillness and fever together, next day had severe body pain. And intermittetenly my throat is paining that i feel tough to swallow any stuffs. Also my menstrual cycle is highly disturbed. I have very irregular cycle. Please help me in all queries above
