What Causes Fever, Coughing And Tingling Hands?

I am a colorectal and ovarian cancer survivor, going on 4 years, I recently have had a fever, coughing, tingling hands, sometimes burning hands and dizziness, is this an underlining symptom of recurrence or symptoms of something else? Should I call my oncologist or family doctor?
