What Causes Fever, Fatigue, Flatulence With Urinary Frequency?

hi, i am at 26th day from my last menstrual period. now i am feeling sleepy and tired,body temp at 100 degree Celsius, farting very much, feeling thirsty and going urinal about 7 times a day and my Hb level is 9.5.can i confirm my pregnancy with these symptoms.
