What Causes Fever, Headache And Tremors?

my body is hot like a fever but im shaking like im cold, i have a throbbing pain in my head ( my forehead are and sides) my whole body aches and certain areas i feel a sharp pain like a contraction as to where i feel like i cant move as if it became numb for a few seconds, i feel exhausted trying to walk like if i will pass out
