What Causes Fever, Lightheadedness, Severe Headaches And Pressure In Chest?

I have had night time chills and a fever for the past 5 days. My temperature has risen to 103.5 and I became light headed. The only other symptoms I have is severe headaches and pressure on my chest. I completed a Z pack of steroids about 2 days before the onset of fevers to treat torn muscles. I thought I might be getting the flu, even though I had a flu vaccine several months ago but I have not developed any respiratory symptoms such as congestion. I am 67 years old and in good health. Should I go to a doctor?
