What Causes Fever Post DTP1 Vaccination In Children?

My baby is 6 month old Today he had vaccination of DTP1, IPV1, Hep-B 2 Hib 1, Rotavirus. its been 10 hours . now he is having fever 101.9 F. now gave him FEPANIL oral suspension two times .8ml with 6 hours difference. How long fever will take to settle down ?
