What Causes Fever, Runny Nose, Lack Of Appetite, Coldness And Headaches?

Dear doctor I feel like I have fever at night,.. my temp of tongue is 99.3... is it normal.... I'm having this fever like thing for more than two weaks,. with runny nause,.. no appetite to eat.I got tested for malaria and its negative,.. cuz I also feel very cold at night.... and there are mild headaches too,.. wat can this be...
