What Causes Fever That Peaks During Early Morning?
Hello, Doctor,
My husband came with severe coughing, lost his voice for a day, and has a fever that is high in the morning hours (100.6 - 99.8F) and subsides to an almost normal (97.6 - 98.2F),.
His cough is very deep and for the first two days he was really tired and was sleeping a lot.
Today is the 6th day of his sickness and he is walking, talking, coughing what is puzzling us both is the fever that is, as I described earlier, is higher in AM hours and almost normal in the afternoon.
Do you think it could be pneumonia?
