What Causes Fever, Vomiting Along With Numbness In Hands And Feet?

My six year.old has been vomiting for 12 hours and diarrhea has 101.1 fever extremely lethargic cannot keep water down. She is still urinating though! Here is what is scaring me She keeps Saying here Hands and feet are numb . Not like cold numb she says she cannot feel them! Im very scared please help
