What Causes Fever, Vomiting And Loose Motions?

Hi...my daughter is suffering from high fever with vomitting and loose motions..the fever is @ 103..primarily had cough and cold for past 2 weeks. She had minor shivering...her fever only goes away after giving meftal 2.5 mg. She is 3 years and 6 months old
